Applied for one of the positions at Pembina. Had an interview. I was not impressed.
I had a feeling that its a “sweatshop” company that doesn’t improve much but just want you to work extra hours each day. How is it at Pembina now?

We appreciate the free overtime as our executive salariies require constant funding increases.
Good pay but horrible corporate culture
Total sweatshop. Terrible company. Always trying to catch Enbridge. Not worth your time. Other jobs will pay more and treat their people better. Stay away
The lobby is very small. Corridors are narrow.
HR must change their filtering process.
Hiring managers are saying that systems are still bad. Lots of manual work.
Frequent travels to site and overtime non paid work is like a norm there
It's definitely a sweatshop. Expectation to work overtime and you won't get paid for it.
Not to mention the high stress and having to watch your back.
