Some will say that these are not complaints but criticism that the leadership will not even hear, but still... is it really that much worse here than in other companies in the industry? Everyone has their priorities, but my opinion is that it is not. On the other hand, complaints are good for venting, but they haven't solved anything for years.

Managers are underpaid at the Farm. The pay needs to increase and managers need larger bonuses. Otherwise you will lose the best of the best in the industry.
I mock my TMs and their ridiculous statements about productivity and quality goals. Moooorrons. So you want 100%, 100% of the time??? Do you know anything that operates that way? Do you drive your car at 100 mph, 100% of the time? Do the laws of economics not exist at SF? Production and Quality have an inverse relationship. The higher the production, the lower the quality. You have to find a balance between production and quality, not 100%, 100% of the time. Can it be night time and day time at the same time??? No. So put your English literature degree away, listen to how ignorant you sound and use your common sense.
Oh…but it’s For The Good…
Stands for deceptive practices and systems.
Sounds really fuzzy though
I agree. I built a phenomenal corporation and do not understand why so many people complain about it. If it's so bad join Allstate or Progressive. I want winners under me, not whining losers.
I'm still waiting on the definition of 'whitesplaining' :-)
Absolutely correct. It is a sign of division when any company will not listen to its producers at any level. The higher they go, the more greedy and political they are while losing focus on fundamental ethics. This is the case at SF. For the people in operations they have set unattainable goals wanting more for less. When that happens quality of service goes down and turnover is high. They often talk the talk of balance but cant walk the walk. Seen it for years and years. What once was very respectable isnt anymore.
