Had an rvp visit today and at morning rally the ja----s basically said "anyone who doesn't want to be here, that can be arranged". It's so unprofessional to threaten overworked staff who just want to make a living. But of course he can do that with no wory because not a single manager cares for their employees and let's then get treat like dirt. Maybe he should take account of why people are so unhappy instead of just thinking they are lazy and angry for no reason.

People don’t leave bad jobs at Belk. People leave bad bosses at Belk! It shows one thing so clear at Belk that anyone can be promoted to be leaders or RVPs at this filthy and unprofessional retail Belk, but it takes only a special individual to be the good boss! What we got here at Belk correctional facility is a failure to communicate!
Great top executives or top leaders don’t push, they pull. They inspire an motivate their workers. Bad or stupid leaders like the above at Belk will push hard and attack or threaten workers with job security at Belk. It is why this company is losing talents people fast and ho belly up any day now!
