My managers literally have told us if we don’t get credits they won’t schedule us. There’s several employees I know that have basically been weeded out because they “didn’t get enough credits”.

If you dont get at least 2 credits a day, the managers look at you and say why aren't you getting credits. They wonder why you aren't getting credits, so much pressure is on associates to get these credits its unreal.
