Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Layoffs-WSJ (same old song)

The annual layoffs and never ending re-orgs.

Can we spring for a Harvard Business Review subscription? Steady mgmt and expectations is a good thing.

The revolving door will continue. Hire more executives...layoff off existing workers, rehire the same workers as agency.

Nothing more fun to realize your job is more difficult because the person you relied on was kicked to the curb.

Selling more EVs at a loss will not make Model e profitable, the cuts continue.

This company won't be around in 10 years. I'm convinced of that. Mulally put off the inevitable for a few more years. His successors have now begun the acceleration to that outcome.

RIP to the Ford.
