Do not sign up to work here i repeat do not accept an offer from this company. They tell you all the good stuff before but reality is far from it. You would be expected to work 24/7 and pick up other people’s slack. The more you work the more will be expected from you. This company does not care what grade you are in you will be expected to do everything from top to bottom. Oh and not to forget when managers or higher ups from other department realize you don’t have boss that stand up for you, they will chew you alive. Toxic culture and toxic company that expects you to work 24/7 but won’t pay for that many hours.

Just played off most of the employees the just hired. Stupid. Sent us to training. pulled us out. It’s ridiculous

No Walmart gift cards for the past few years, even $25 for keeping Walmart registers working during peak season was “too much” of a holiday gift to CE’s. Shame
First Level Managers haven't been managers since AT&T days. NCR told managers they were considered WORKING MANAGERS at that time. At that time you were a hybrid employee with really no power to make actual decisions.

All new employees should know to do no more than "quiet quitting" otherwise they will dump lots more work on you.
