1cza, why do they have to sell? If they were stock options they could just exercise them and hold them. If they are RSUs they will vest but you can hold them as long as you want. They aren't forced to sell anything, my speculation is they are selling because they know sooner or later the truth about how uncompetitive GF is compared to UMC and TSMC will surface and the stock will plummet.
Last tranche on 26th.

TC is the man. Look at what he's achieved. Son of a NYC firefighter, became highly educated and positioned himself and his family with generational wealth.
TC is worth roughly $500 million USD. He was most likely awarded 1 to 2% of the initial seed shares upon going live with the company.
Hey, at least you got your 2.5% raise. You should be happy and grateful. TC cares about us enough to literally use GF as an ATM. The more cash he takes out, the less burden we have to count it. This is a good thing. Besides, the mansion up on North Broadway needs a new roof 🤷♂️

Holy sh-t! Jesus! How much does this mother fu---r have?!! He does not deserve it! Yes definitely signals turbulent waters ahead. This a--hat was just thanking Schumer for visiting and getting Lockheed deal done and is duming a buttload of shares?! Wtf ?? If he had any confidence in these deals and his own company after that he would have held said shares because theoretically they would be worth more in a short amount of time ! But nope he knows we are dying and he is milking us for every bit of juice he can get even though he is one the most responsible for poisoning us…. Wake up guys! We need to hold him and all other leaders and managers accountable
