On average, what stock options do Senior IT Managers/Directors get? Sign on bonus? Looking for a position here and wondered what it was compared to the organization I'm at now.

I think they bonus 50% of their salary
If you join this company at a high level be prepared to be owned by them.
I used to want to advance up the ladder but I see how director level on up is expected to be working 24/7. No thanks. I will stay where I am.
