Thread regarding Charles Schwab Corp. layoffs

Schwab doesn’t care about you

You are nothing more then a replaceable piece of equipment to them. They don’t truly care about you owning your tomorrow. They only care that you help the client own their tomorrow so the higher ups can line their pockets while the rest of us are not even viewed as human. They could care less if you leave they probably don’t even know your name or anything about you. Even if you had the chance to sit with Walt or even someone above your director they give you the same glazed over look saying that they understand you but they’d be lying. You as a person, your financial situation, your family, your health doesn’t matter to them as long as they keep getting rich.

Silent quitting also negatively impacts your team. Don’t do that. If you’re that unhappy, just sack up and quit.

Silent quit. Do the bare minimum. Mile these motherfu-kers for all they are worth.

Relax bud.

You seem upset. Take a few days off and if you still want to post, feel free. But right now you seem to be a bit upset and you should take some time for yourself.

Grab a beer or a walk or a hair salon day or something.

Executive council gets rich while the rest of us struggle month to month

Oh btw employees, now you get to spend 15 hours commuting per week so we can watch you collaborate while you eat disgusting food from the cafeteria

As a customer they tried to rip me off last year to the tune of $700. Never going back to that place again.

Schwab doesn’t want you to own your tomorrow, THEY want to own your tomorrow and make money off of it
