You will not get 1 month for every year of service, 8/22 got 9 months max.
From severance view point, FOA and FOE are both un-competitively high. FNA is the one gets F.

Wonder what their severance package will be.
Surprised anyone is still in Australia. In 2016ish they did mass culling.
But don't feel too bad, their severance was one month for every year of service. Knew an LL6 in Marketing and Sales that got over 3 years pay.
