Is the fear in New-Co Healthcare that don't exist now a real fear or creation by someone to address something else for whatever gains that perceived coming.

There is no way to know. One can only look at the situation and observe the facts of what is known. Look at the actions taken thus far, including actions that were in the public plan that have not happened for whatever reasons. It is up to each individual to decide if things are as they should be in a new venture.
