i believe belk is being sued by the associate's family who died in the single stall ladies restroom in Columbia SC and wasnt found for 4 days, thats supposedly a big lawsuit.

The fraudulent certifications can introduce an argument bad faith, calling to any legitimacy anything other argument they may present. And I also can prove that these false documents have been produced under 2 different regimes, arguing that the problem is systemic.

Our store raised issue with 1,2,4,6,7,9 and 10 at different times. All cases for the employees were lost. The company when family owned and especially now, simply has more money to make legal issues disappear.

They're crooked, sure. But you gotta have some mega buck$ to go after them!
