How much loyalty is left? People are seriously p#ssed off. No pay rises in years, no loyalty/retention remuneration. The mood/hope is at all time low.

Omg. If I see another BS award 'm going to chew off my arm. It's so pathetic. It's so desperate. It's painfully embarrassing for Avaya to have a marketing department that obsessively spends times filling out meaningless award applications. It's so sad you can even follow a social media trail of some of the marketing folks tracking the voting process (UC Today, CRN, etc).
Always the same dis-reputable publications. For some insane reason every single one of the channel chiefs is always some channel chief of the year. Enough already. Earn respect by going a season without the fricken awards (that you PAY to recieve).
Sadly attention has been shifted to coddle a few snowflakes. And much oversight to key conributors.
I hope new leadership keeps in mind the following:
Those needy enough to make themselves known. Or to cry victim are NOT the doers
The doers are hidden. Not all Avayans are either A) Paycheck Collectors or, B) Social Media insecure Narcissists. There are MANY GEMS. Focus on them. Shut down the self accolades and BS.
