Since most engineering is moving to Mexico, Brazil, etc.....when is all the build, prototype, test, etc moving there?
What about collaboration?

Lots of H1 visa required or $B needed to duplicate facilities.
They will come over here, just like on the U6xx and S650 and replace the American's.
They fired the American PMTs (now VHMs) and brought everyone here from Brazil.
Just ask around, everyone will tell you about it.
They train the folks from LCC on a few builds, so they know what's going on and don't kid yourself they send many folks back to the builds (NMPDC) so make certain the transition goes smoothly.
Shareholders can bring proposals forward, however one has to remember that the F-family somehow has everyone swindled with their 40% voting rights...
