Everything the company has been doing in the past few months has been ki-ling my motivation and I know I'm far from the only one. Many companies have failed because their employees simply didn't care anymore and it looks like we might be next on the list. I wish those on the top would realize that a company filled with demotivated employees can't succeed and is instead destined to fail.

We need to submit all the bereaucratic forms and provide the business justification before we can do that anyways.
Yeah I give no fu--s anymore. I truly do not care about helping anyone, employees or client's. Why help the company when they intentionally did not help me?
EXACTLY! Never have I been less motivated in 20+ years here!
As a developer it makes me not want to touch or change anything.. or say anything really.
