The women people line is because of paternity leave. Quite expensive for the firm. The firm has not problem with men people.

In the town hall they said they arent afraid that people won't want to work for Schwab- that they continue to attract talent. They also arent worried about losing some people- they need to lose women people. And Schwab still is technically flexible/hybrid.

We can argue why RTO su-ks for us all day, but they point as its a useful move for the EC and that's what they care about.

Oh goodie. Another posting of a news site about why RTO is bad. I think we get the point and the vast majority here are the same page about RTO. If you think you’re getting to leadership by posting here - they don’t care.

Amazon Exec Angers Staff By Admitting He Had ‘No Data’ to Support RTO Mandates

“Hopkins not have data to support Amazon’s position, but the data increasingly supports remote work. In fact, a trio of studies show that RTO mandates have had a disastrous impact on companies, while two other studies show that remote staff work an average of 10% more and are 13% more productive.”

I’m indifferent to WFH. I am curious though on how they quantify how they are missing out on top talent though? What metric is used to determine this?
