What is going on with hiring in US Commercial.

US Commercial is woke.
Our RM in NYC office shared with our team that since Cisco is rarely winning any new customers, they consider AM's as mostly admin roles pushing paper with resellers and that CFO's plan is to reduce total earnings of sales force by 40 percent to keep EPS in line with Wall Street expectations
They just took half of everyone's accounts away in Commercial. And they are hiring? Something doesn't add up.
Having just been LRd from USC sales a few months ago, I’d avoid at all costs…. Especially if you’re in the northeast or mid-Atlantic. Utterly clueless management and leadership. Enterprise has its issues but i would advise moving to GES or SLED where people are valued.
Who’s going to tel him? Not it.
