I am not a Software Developer, but my official title in Workday is "Sr Manager" but I am below the $134,992 - $214,700 / Year (total 3 years with Schwab and previously 3 years with TDA)
Go look on SchwabJobs.com. They post the pay ranges now. I don't know the exact title(s) of a 57. It might be something close to this:
