I’m wondering if leaders would know by now who is getting cut. Can anyone level 60 or higher confirm?

- No direct knowledge. My manager does know something but they are under NDA. There have been hints about direction of gaze but that's it. I'm going to assume I'm a target until I'm told I'm not.
RTO was also a surprise to Ds and MDs.
yes they know. They will ask you to finish some critical tasks and to do knowledge transfer KT sessions to the offshore team before the TG. Try to ask them about other projects and you'll see how much BS they try to sell you.
One way or another the writing is on the wall, I can only guess what it says... it is in Hindi.
If I was a MD with no knowledge of what the changes are, I’d start polishing up the resume. Planning is happening, and no, it’s not some outside consultancy or whatever the rumor is.
The fact that even directors and MDs don’t know makes me feel that anyone is fair game. Will it be inverse pyramid layoff? Probably not. But entire groups are probably fair game during the layoff.
MD here - we know nothing and are just as nervous as everyone else.
