Managers make you feel safe and a worthwhile member of your team. A Boss gives you anxiety and makes you feel worthless and useless. The PepsiCo way clearly supports the boss mentality within this toxic environment as we promote diversity over aptitude and then let those people with no people skills alienate and divide their teams who actually do the work! Clearly a plan from the top down as this cannot be accidental? Quietly quitting as I keep my head down and wait on the next reorg praying it takes out some of these managers!!

@3ryd+1nXaIq5F 200% agree. SLT all should be canned from top down. Indra single handedly started this can down the road with her cronies and her entire brigade of consultants from her husband's company. Who really benefited? her country folks...
never seen such useless people who are beyond clueless. let them run this place from sham centers offshore they are famous for.
The happiest day of my life, next to the birth of my two children and day I got married, will be the day I retire from this nightmare of a company, which fortunately will likely be weeks not months away. I’ve been in the labor market since 1978 and this place is without exception the most depressing, humiliating and hopeless organization I’ve ever been part of. The entire Senior Leadership team should be canned for starters and this cumbersome bloated ship of virtue signaling wokeness broken up into smaller more manageable pieces. To my younger colleagues- use this place as a stepping stone and name on your resume. Nothing more. Then get out - the sooner the better. Let the imbeciles in Purchase, Plano and Chicago who are destroying this house of misery and are driving this company into the ground run the place from India, Mexico and Timbuktu for all I care. Good riddance!
My last manager before I was was terrible and so toxic. She kept her job. My hope is she’s actually having to do some work now instead of taking credit for her teams work (which she was always quick to criticize and complicate throughout the process). Good luck. Escape while you can!
