Senior management has no clue as to what is happening or not happening in some of their markets. I look at all of the corporate communication but it is intended primarily for those that work in the ivory towers as opposed to those in the field. Where I work, we are not competitive with the other communication providers. We support 40-year-old technology that has been end of life for a while. The North Star has been su-ked up by a black hole where I work.

What does Kate know about the business of telecom Nothing. Nothing She has no knowledge of what each of you know about technology and hands in customer service how to manage it on the front line. You all have more talent in helping customers in the end and fixing the lies that sakes tells customers to get a comp check to keep their jobs. Then guess what ? The support field and customer care folks patch it up. Keep the faith self protect you have more skill set than those so called management have. And oh they have akso souls
She’s only worried about our ESG scorecard. Currently at 38 % which with another book club she believes will raise the score. Actually it’s all upper management is concerned about. Raise the score and investors will like them again. Yeah right!

Correct. The managers that structured the ride along with Kate had the perfect opportunity to show what condition the majority of the plant is in. Sure go and see a Quantum install but she has no clue and probably thinks that's what we all work on every day.
