Worse is JB was in Orlando back in May telling everyone during a town hall that the company was not making as much money, but he guaranteed that there will be no layoffs in the forseeable future. Crown had so many contractors that there will not be a need for any layoffs.
6 to 7 weeks later they announce layoffs...
His true colors really show, and it isn't purple.
And to top it all off, there will be yet another reorg in Towers! But the same managerial bloat remains.
And he said he was starting today on a nationwide search for a new COO….

I Missed the call because I’ve taken two weeks PTO before I get let go. Who is replacing CP? I won’t shed a tear for her but do applaud her for taking a stand. Jay and the rest of his buddies should follow her lead.
I can’t get over how tone-deaf that call was. 1600 people get an unexpected meeting invite and anxiously await to hear some information regarding their futures for three hours just to hear how sad Jay Brown is that the leader of our tattered org is departing. Actually insane.
This reeks of Ackerman levels of incompetence.
It's really telling when you see members of the EMT get personal about one of their own "resigning" two weeks after they send out a very non-personal email about cutting staff by 15% and adjusting the hybrid/flex schedule. That's real PURPLE behavior there huh?
Someone should go to the board and make JB and friends resign. The company is crumbling in front of us all.
