We have gone a whole year without having to layoff employees. Looks like thing are turning around. Profit are at an all time high as well as employee morale! We keep this moment going and 2024 will be our best year ever. I’m so blessed to be part of this success!

Lol. Arguing about the merits of Social Security benefits to a retired person who is now able to reap the rewards of a system they've paid in to their entire life. The douchebaggery is strong with that one.
40 year em0loyees that have it better than ever,thats a LIE OR THEIR BRAINWASHED.Ive only been gone 17 months and everyone I speak to tells me how bad it is and I know many employees.Things won't change until top leadership changes.I know employees,I know vendors I get the scoop regularly.Quit Lieing..
Really,getting paid more,I doubt it.I got a 8.7 % increase on my social security last year andlook to get a 3% increase this year.Hy has never given even a 3% raise to its employees.You get a quarter maybe fifty cents.Thats terrible.People on social security get a better raise than what hyvee gives.Keep working and paying my social security.THANK YOU.
Well Mr long time employee that is retired. You have work at HyVee in awhile. I’ve actually had a few long term employees that have been here 40 years say have is better than it has ever been. They are getting paid more than ever plus they have way better benefits than employees of the past. Plus they all say morale is higher than it was in the 80s and 90s. I welcome you to come back and see the changes.
