Recognize Points

I recently received an external job offer that I'm going to take. Do I need to cash out my recognize points before I leave or can I keep them? If I can keep them does anyone know who I need to contact to change the login in credentials?

Side note - for those who are looking to leave. I started my search once I heard of the upcoming layoffs. It did take a lot of time to find the right fit, but there are opportunities outside of MDT for those who are looking to do something different.

You can take hold them but there is no logical reason to do so. Gift cards give you the best bang for the points. You have 1 year to use them. They come in $15-$100 increments I believe. Make sure you write down the pin when you a private them. Most places seem to require it for some reason. I wrote them on the cards. I can't recall what I searched to find them so hopefully someone else can help with that. Best wishes in your new position!

Former hiring manager here again. You can absolutely take them with you. You've already paid taxes on them through payroll, so they are yours. When you exit, MDT will provide you with information on how to access the site.

Just cash them out for debit cards... There is no benefit/reason to accumulate.

Cash them out, you cant take them with you from what I've been told. I actually cashed mine out this FY in anticipation of potentially being laid off.
