Feel free to google "TIAA $97 Million Settlement" when you have a moment ........that will tell you most of the story. The sad part about this saga was most of the management structure there has been promoted within the company since the settlement. They are total frauds and all of them should have been walked out after Roger exited the firm -- almost no manager is ever held accountable for their tyranny or for their lack of results. Totally bonkers. Avoid this place if you value your ability to work in the financial services field.

You shouldn’t. He knew what was going on in Wealth Management Long before the stuff hit the fan. That’s not speculation. That’s a fact.
