I think in Westlake, there are those who have preferred being more flexible in the workplace, and a better 'culture', as opposed to the worshippers of the green pyramid. The green pyramid 'generally' has a higher overall compensation (bonus, share payments, matching 401k), but at a cost of a more stressful environment...
If they hire you for 8 hours a day then they can tell you where to be for those 8 hours. Stop complaining about RTO.
People always have option to quit.
