Last I checked IBM was still collaborating with Japanese firm to build 3nm.

We all know the GF lawsuit against IBM is total BS. However, the IBM lawsuit of ~1.5B vs. GF it seems IBM is squeezing Tommy boy's ba--s and it is starting to hurt, GF will have to take one on the chin for pulling out of mfg 7nm like the divestiture contract stated they needed to mfg IBM's 7nm chips and GF did not fulfill contract.
At GF we follow Tommy’s law not Moores law. We are aiming big! 2U not 2n!
