Seems par for the course. But at least the world got to see the Oxy logo on the Astros jerseys after Framber’s no-no yesterday.
Is capex going up for DAC or for oil and gas production?

This is for @avjr+1nUT2cdy
You don’t have a clue!
Anadarko is the worst part of new Oxy.
Both the Oxy signs at the ballpark and the logo on the uniforms only serve to promote Oxy in the investment community and for help in recruiting. We don’t sell gasoline or oil so there is no value connected with the general public. But it does give me warm thoughts every time I see the Oxy logo displayed.
If anyone within the organization can formulate an independent thought then try this: Management, does everyone in this organization have a hat, shirt or skirt that flies the OXY logo in a manner that they would be proud to wear it to the boardroom or their kids soccer game? If not, then what gives you the right to post it up on the shoulders of a 7 figure baseball player? Oxy’s not a service company selling work and the HR trolls that visit this sight and defend that logo should be ashamed of themselves for promoting an agenda they’ve been told but can’t fully comprehend. Probably because they have access to a benefit that logo provides. You should outfit everyone from a janitor to a geologist within the company the same way. Sure as sh-t before you dress up a pro baseball player. Take note employees, your all just a damn little field hand
Chevron played it beautiful and Buffet’s plan for energy expansion needed someone in the O&G sector to make a di----t move to expand his plans for nat gas as the primary fuel for electricity. “Everything Vicki Hollub said just made sense” actually meant “I needed an id--t/arrogant a-s in O&G to fu-k up, finally found one.”
What a bunch of id--ts, you can’t get the bonus you deserve because they paid way too much for the logo on a baseball shirt. Consider this kids, the company would’ve made the earnings call if not for the arrogance at the head. Terribly mismanaged and only considered a success because of the oil price lift out of covid and the need for two men (Chazen and Buffet) to come in and rescue little Hillary.
Wishing Chevron would have bought Anadarko instead
Seeing the Oxy logo on the Astros uniforms makes me feel proud of this company.
Poor baby.
Three words about the logo and Astros. GET OVER IT.
@1yqj+1nUT2cdy Not quite.
Meanwhile, rival U.S. oil producers Marathon Oil and APA Corp reported quarterly earnings that beat analysts' estimates on higher than projected output.

Every O&G company missed earnings.
