Syracuse, N.Y. -- St. Joseph’s Health plans to close its home health care agency this fall, citing economic challenges.
St. Joseph’s Health at Home will shut down on Oct. 23, the health care system said in a notice to the state Department of Labor under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act.
