Is claim’s getting the August bonus this year?

They are getting cost of living increase as they are raising the money new hires get

New claims hires get a bonus after one month of employment. I’m dead serious.
Leadership needs to go in this department. They have no clue what they are doing.
nothing has been announced, claims is a mess they may try to do it to retain people, but all I saw on the home page is some retention video highlighting how grateful we should be to be working at SF and why we stay, videos by individual employees except if you look them up by name they are made by executive VP, PR people or analysts not a single claims employee was asked to give them a positive stay at SF video because they know how bad it is.
They probably feel like they got leverage in the marketplace when it comes to jobs however I am not to sure they do, even with high inflation and supposedly recession talk people still jump jobs and retention at claims is low.
