From rumors I heard around in the past and also in this forum, it seems like that one of the most important component of the Broadcom compensation is RSU.
Actually I know for sure that in VMW not all the people receive RSU on hiring in Europe, and for the ones who receive them are not really a very big amount (can be like 10% of base compensation).
Anyone know if Broadcom is giving RSU also outside US?
