JCP could be a textbook example of a company that was ruined by incompetent leadership. When we needed a true leader the most, RJ took over and screwed us over in every way possible. We didn't innovate when it was necessary and stuck to the old model of doing business, which cost us dearly. Yes, I'm still salty about this.
