There are two things Belk CEO and Sycamore Partners can not buy with their filthy and dirty greedy money: Honesty and Respect. These words to live by and practice everyday with many successful and growing companies! Belk company emphasizes dishonesty and no respect as the way of life. This is why Belk is trying to fool workers with Golden Stores, grand new outlet stores celebration? Bottom like is this my beloved Belk associates just hold on and hang on a little bit longer! @OP+1. You are so right. It is infuriating. But if you stay with belk you have to find a way to not let it infuriate you. Your health is not worth it. I understand how hard it is to be stuck at a place like belk. Some people don't realize that for whatever reasons not all of us can jump from job to job. The sad truth is that belk corporate and sycamore know how they are operating, for them it's just business. @jqy is right they don't care about or respect their associates. But then again how can they. They don't know the meaning of it.

It is not that Belk top stupid executive leaders don’t know that with no workers show up to work, all Belk retail stores will have to shut down! They know that Belk workers need jobs to survive feed family. Since Belk company is not operating like Boeing, Chrysler or GM with union labors leaders to protect workers and negotiate decent fair labor salary or offer a non toxic working condition at Belk. Therefore, Belk top executive
management can exploit and abuse you Belk workers all the time and get away with it.
They will laugh at you and your family for sad and pathetic job security from Belk to survive! Are we clear? Can you handle the truth!
