@OP+1. You are so right. When it all comes crashing down at least I can go forth knowing I will never be like them. I may not have money but I am golden.
@1oc. What a freaking joke. What belk considers talent are a bunch of aggressive, immoral control freaks that harass and cheat the customers into opening credit cards. And the ones that actually work hard and are decent people have to fight for hours. And because I am disclosing this does not mean I am a whiner. Just maybe a little smarter when it comes to what really is going on at belk and sycamore. Keep on trying to gaslight and manipulate everybody thinking that it works. Being in deniel will catch with all of you. And I know I can quit but I do pretty well in my position And why make a change when so many companies are such dirtbags. Especially if they are owned by private equity. I may work for a horrible company but I don't have to be a horrible person.
