LOL - Building the Middle Class

Saw this quote from Farley in an article. What a cheeseball, talking about the UAW negotiations; building a stronger America and middle class. Saying this after destroying 3000+ engineering positions in Dearborn, priceless.

"To wrap up, there is understandably a lot in the interest in the UAW contract discussions that began two weeks ago. We won't negotiate in public, but I would like to share our general approach and our belief system. When it comes to building in America and partnering with UAW, Ford stands apart from all the other automakers, and most other major industrial companies. We believe, as Sean and Chuck do, that Ford should do our part to support the middle class, create vibrant communities and build a strong American industrial base."

That's not quite true.

I love in Florida. And our leaders just decided that schools will teach our children that slavery was beneficial to the black people who were enslaved.

That's not toxic at all.

“Affirmative action” and “diversity, equity and inclusion” both require that some group is handicapped and discriminated against based solely on their race, gender or some other physical attribute they have absolutely no control over.

Some day, people will be judged by the content of their character, not the color of their skin. This is not that day.

It is unjust, immoral and ultimately toxic to enslave one group of people to serve another group of people.

The goal must be equality of opportunity, never equality of outcome.

We need to build up the middle class with minorities and people of color. This country is eliminating affirmative action - these people need our help!

Individual engineers are almost invisible without the collective mass of a union. A few became visible when they sued Ford for age discrimination but this is rare. Ford prefers it that way, the company stopped releasing counts of engineers let go.

He was quoted saying the average UAW worker made over $100,000. He should give the workers that amount.
