So look…the home office is owned by an investment company from Austin. Not a penny of JCPenney money was spent on the arcade, golf simulator, pickleball court or the sport court. That is all from the developer to rent the rest of the building. The building is 1.8 million square feet and JCPenney occupies 330k of it.
