Ford & JF have been posting about intern day. Maybe interns are the few who are happy to be working here. Hopefully none of us disgruntled employees give them the inside scoop on how Ford operates.

Ford could not give me a new car for free, their business practices make me sick.
First, we get rid of all NA white collar workers, and replace them with LCC. Then, Farley will say we have too many engineers compared with Tesla, and then we'll replace the LCC workers with NA interns. That way management get big bonuses for "saving money" twice, and there is always the possibility of getting interns in LCC that would pay the company for their H1B visas to immigrate here, sorry, work at Ford.
