Once again we see the lack of leadership or accountability with EMT and Directors. Why should anyone expect other at this house of cards? Construction services are targeted to be gutted, while the leadership makes changes for stockholders. The working class once again takes the hit, while the leadership starting at Jay, refuse to acknowledge fault and fall on the sword to save livelihoods. 900 + to be cut. Stop chasing the fiber obsession and get back to basics. Towers got Crown to the place it is, now they turn their back on everything and everyone who sacrificed efforts to be great.

Lol @ the go woke go broke stuff. The bought fiber "route miles" not existing fiber; we have 50+ VPs; they built a new office in Houston for no reason whatsoever; they have no idea how to enterprise fiber; the app to air process is ridiculous; constant reorgs; so on and so forth.
The idea of a publicly traded company headed by an incredibly religious CEO is hilarious being "woke" is hilarious.
Crown went broke when it got woke. Too many diversity hires and not enough competence (we won’t even touch the vax). Remember the big training seminar in Atlanta for directors with the diversity consultant? I need say no more.

Construction Services Leadership is terrible. Crown passed over the well seasoned and experienced employees to put "yes" people in those positions. You cant run construction services from a spreadsheet and regurgitated jargon. They blame lies solely on the many useless reorgs and lack of experience in actual tower construction. Just think about putting someone in a role to management Crown Construction that came from Real Estate. Although bad decision making is to blame on Jays part he really had no idea the lack of talent in people like FE and TF.
