Whats confidence like in GFB leadership at this point? AFAICT there has been no real success or even progress in many years- losing customers, limited international expansion, no product innovation, processes still a mess, etc…

Unfortunately with the updated org announcements this week it appears some of the GFB leadership rot will continue to infect our ranks.
