Can anyone make sense of this for me? I fail to see any grander plan, strategy, or tactics behind this new "organization" of "resources".

I don't get it either. I think we will have to wait and see how many people they fire before it starts to make sense.
- Leaders LOVE to reorg, whether it makes sense or not. Makes them feel like they really accomplished something I guess.
- My assumption is by having business units absorb Digital, you create a LOT of duplicate/redundant roles that weren't previously redundant when the orgs were separate. I expect this is just the setup for upcoming layoffs. Maybe (or hopefully?) I'm wrong about that though.
