Interesting. I left a meeting and you can tell leadership is skirting around the topic. There was talk about the relationship managers layoffs but idk. I guess I’m more so wondering how the target is going to be? Age, salary etc.

I heard it's corporate wide....so it could be any where. Rumor has it ..... several Relationship Manager positions were let go.

To @mkg, sounds very plausible. That'd ensure those folks are off the books before Q4 starts. Smh 😒

If they offer the package ever — take it! Even if you think you’re helping by staying—leave!! If you stay after the offer they WILL make your life and career he-l.

Roger was a true leader. It wasn’t about politics or optics. He led by example.

Are there any guidelines on:

  • The timeline of when the layoffs will be announced?
  • Which departments are effected?
  • Target # of how many ppl the company plans to layoffs?

Also, is it normal for the CEO to remain silent through all this? Roger was a lot more vocal and present when announcing the current state of the company. Not sure if Roger is an outlier when it comes to these things.
