The title says it all. Never have I seen a more clueless leadership crew. Can anyone honestly and impartially point to one single material improvement Levendos, “Karen”!, Brewer, Perez etc have done to move us forward? They are hated by our entire team. It’s a crying shame what they have done to us.

Re: Fiber is performing: even if profitable, every single new fiber build is incurring additional debt, it is like Chinese Water Torture for this already over-leveraged company, drip drip.
Under the thought of fiber performing well, rofl!
How bout you just say thank you to Towers for providing you a check and bonus for the last 5 or so years. Crown fiber is the an-l wart of Crown Castles existence. Has fiber ever turned a profit?
Haha at fiber performing well
It won’t matter what sector of the company is doing well or badly. The leadership of the company has become so distrusted, those that remain after the layoff will have wished they were part of it. Houston is dead-set for on total centralization. How often has JB even been to the Pittsburgh office (where nearly a quarter of the company sits)? I cannot trust a man whose booklist is some five pages long. You either have leadership—or you don’t. It’s not something learned in a consultant’s workshop.
Face facts, Fiber is a loser, towers make money. Look at terms on the lease with the customer base. Measured expected reoccurring revenue from wireless customers are always accounted. Long term lease agreements with wireless providers, 1 or 2 yr terms with fiber in a very competitive market. The only hope is spinning off fiber and renew the wireless commitments.
Perez has actually brought a sense of order since he was made our VP. If any part of the business is in disarray, it’s towers. Hence the layoffs. SC and fiber are performing well.
Central region is done. Has been for a year.
I could not agree more.
