Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me that fewer people are leaving than expected because of the terrible atmosphere?

I haven't seen anyone leaving, but I know a lot of people are applying for other jobs.
I see more people leaving now… some were expecting the shares to vest, but the stock is just going down.
Probably because even though leadership is awful, our direct colleagues are great and at least make the day to day more enjoyable.
I've heard some people left. I also know Medtronic likes to keep departures hidden.
I guess the grass isn't always greener on the other side
I am surprised too.. I think it's because there are two hundred applicants on each linkedin job posting
