Simons org took a huge hit a few months ago, are there more in that org that will be let go? Im thinking yes...I hate going to work everyday just waiting for the invite.

Dustin WAS terrible, it's just that Simon is even more incompetent.
Simon is part of the problem! He thought Dustin was terrible but by comparison he makes Dustin look like a genius which he wasn’t!
The amount of bloat and waste in I&O is incredible. Huge budget, a technology travesty with poor direction. The axe needs to swing and remove waste from our organization. We need new leadership including at the MD and Director level. As much as it pains me to say this, I genuinely miss Dustin. At least we had a path and leaders that cared. This is a #$%#$ joke.
It is really tough to try and keep moving forward with an axe hanging over our collective heads.
