I hate the wait and not knowing what's coming. I don't care how bad it's going to get, I just want it to be over. My mental health can't take much more of 24/7 stressing and worrying over things I can't change. Even learning that I'm about to be cut is better than this.

Swamped with work, stress, anxiety and not much time to look for another job. That’s a typical WD employee today
I just started looking for jobs. Looking at the pay ranges of other companies in the bay, WD is screwing us big time!
Suggestion:
Take control of your destiny!
Make a plan!
Make a list of What if’s
It’s a toxic environment at WD and it’s not going to change in the near future with or without layoffs.
Go on LinkedIn and look for the Job postings you that are in your field of experience you will be amazed at all of the High Tech job postings they post daily.
Just a example
Apple has over 30 postings right now!
Follow your heart and let it take you to where you need to be happy again.
Don't wait, embrace, go interview, see how things are outside
@igt..It is not as simple as that. The job market is bad. And if you are above 40, it will be extremely tough to find something new. Age discrimination is rampant
If you can't change it, why worry?
Just accept it as a fact and look for better job.
Agree, and they should accept volunteer RIF candidates. I’d definitely opt-in!
