So I have been working here since 2021 in MVD office and it is sad to see how much things changed in this company and found this place to share my thoughts. Being one member of Agency customer support all I can say is that all teams, from ATS, APS and others have become a mess. Over 60+ customers waiting for a callback, to be reached hours after they asked for support, those who did not request callback sometimes wait over a day to be given a solution. But this is not because customer support agents don't work correctly, it is because of the tremendous lack of organisation and prevention from the upper management. Most colleagues are so stressed that the mood in the office has completely changed. It is no surprise that over 15 people have resigned these weeks...

Why pay anybody more if they can get away with paying 20 to 40% less.. There is always somebody standing in line for a job at Sabre...
