If I hear the company line about seeing through clients’ eyes one more &$@!%# time, I will ba-f. How about seeing thru employees’ eyes for once? Schwab has all those beloved clients because of the services their employees provide. WE deliver results for the company to be able to gain/retain these clients. So excuse us if we find the company line harder to swallow at the moment. And how about all these EC members relinquish their bonuses for once so that we do not have to layoff thousands just to offset some number on a spreadsheet. We all know Schwab will rehire any fat they trim off in the short term……….oh yeah, I forgot — this is just their way of getting rid of loyal, higher paid employees so they can rehire cheaper employees to do the same work. Gone are the days that a company is loyal to its employees so why bother reciprocating? Schwab is right about one thing …… trust IS lost in an instant.

I'm still trying to figure out how they believe they see 'anything' through clients eyes. What they really mean Is they 'know' what clients need so that's what they're going to do, no matter what the customers say.
Wait until they find out that most active traders at Tda don't even use TOS. They aren't addressing most customer concerns by bringing it over, but somehow can't seem to grasp that. Or much of anything else.
Spot on. I mentioned this when I gave notice last year. Chip Heath, in "The Power of Moments" says something like "It's impossible to deliver a first class patient [it was a medical use-case; read 'customer' or 'investor' for CS] experience without first delivering a first class employee experience." TDA got that; Schwab never will.
