I feel like middle management has been instructed to make our lives as miserable as possible so that as many of us as possible would quit. I could just be paranoid, but working conditions have deteriorated too quickly in the last few months for it to be a coincidence.

Well BH has set a target of >$150M additional cash flow (that was reported in our latest Leadership forum), the easiest way is to send >2,000 jobs offshore (India mostly).
I would not quit, hang in there, let them pay the severance package!
So it would seem - why pay people off when you can P$%s them off & get them to leave at zero cost.
Perhaps the Brass aren't as daft as we like to think they are?
