Recent layoffs are considered to be very small only in US. There is no news media that is covering it.

US and China only.
No layoff in UK, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Australia, and India. Folks in those countries waived except Leaders, Managers, and Directors because things work just fine without them.
It's starting to catch on, media is slowing picking it up
