Whether things are going well or not, it would be so much better for all of us if we had transparent senior management who told us in time what was going on. Instead, Medtronic has leaders who keep leaving us in the dark about everything. No wonder employees are forced to guess and speculate on what’s coming next since we certainly are not learning anything from official sources.

Stocks hovering around 80, things are not going well because executive decisions are made based on if stocks are doing well
It would be great to get a 100% bonus for once, or better than 3% raise. Honestly I'd take these over communication lol
